Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be:

   

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Free from perfume, makeup, or other signs of use (for hygiene reasons)

   

 

 

Please note: For hygiene and personal nature of our satin body bows, returns may be refused if items appear worn or handled inappropriately.

 

 

How to Request a Return

• We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

 

 

Refunds

 

 

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

• We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different colour or style, please place a new order.

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All satin body bows are carefully packaged and shipped from the UK.

 

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• During busy seasons (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day), please allow up to 3 business days.
